The report system should tell you, no matter which report did it, when a player you reported within the last 2 hours has been punished. I think if people can see the system does work, they'll feel less inclined to be toxic, be it out of revenge or thinking the system doesn't work. Just tell us the name, why we reported them, and (if you want) how long their punishment is for.
I can definitely support improvements in the notifications system, however I don't think the names are necessary - it'd provide too much opportunity for gravedancing/witchhunting attitudes in game which doesn't make for a healthy environment.
JMhO, I don't need to know if who I reported gets punished or when. I can read all over these boards they do.
Also, this could set off a bad President of retaliation. I'm not even sure I agree with the current system. I hope Riot doesn't add to the current in-game system.

How does it currently work? I'm just a little confused in what this suggestion is about when I thought we already do get notifications. I've received a few after reporting people who were obvious trolls or who had offensive names
