"Halp I Has Been Permabaned After Just One Punishment"

I have been seeing a LOT of this lately, and also people complaining about a 14 day suspension after one punishment or even a perma/14 day with NO previous punishment.

Riot has said time and time again that you CAN be raised to a higher punishment tier of your behavior is bad enough to merit it. Please, especially if you have a genuine case that could be looked at further, do NOT include stuff like this, it will do more harm than good.
