Please adjust the leaverbuster system for people simply trying to restart the client for tech issues

I never actually go afk im just trying to fix my client by restarting it, im running windows 10 it has some weird issues sometimes with league. i got placed in lower priority queue for 5 matches for simply trying to fix the client for a match i won and perhaps a previous one yesterday.I believe its a honest client issue in relation with the leaver buster system thanks.
