elduris1 votesExactly this. Lower levels tend to have a higher toxicity rate because of permabans and the players making new accounts. Best bet is to mute them when they start being toxic and report after the game. Do your part to clean up the low levels for new players!

Itankyou1 votesUnfortunately the only way to avoid this level of toxicity for newer players is to play in bot games (and sometimes even those are toxic funny enough). Not enough is being done to keep this game competitive on a new player and older player level (toxic lower levels, dynamic que etc.) and newer players are discouraged from playing with others due to toxicity.

This video was made in March, but at the time, this guy who was streaming was ranking up a level 4 account. I don't understand why smurfs rage at low level players, some of whom haven't played the game before. It's just sad really.

Loner Nerd1 votesLow levels are extremely toxic for one reason. At level 30 there is structure to the game, people have roles. Low levels people are all over the place. Extremely frustrating experience.
