what if. something was added to where the person with the highest winrate on the team. is selected as "team captain" and they get a little icon above their name in game. and thier chat becomes bold. imo one of the main causes of toxicity is the "too many chiefs not enough indians" factor. and no one is able to discuss plays without at least 1 person ignoring them.

I have the highest wn8 here, I am the team leader" This should be something that comes with time, not to be designated. This is something an old friend taught me, shotcalling; it comes with gamesense

it would be selected by the game. and in my experience. all 5 players following the same bad call is better than everyone doing thier own thing individually. and disregarding the team
