especially for any chat abuse, that includes racial slurs
it's a pity overwatch didn't succeed that much, otherwise riot could actually change their shitty ban policy, right now they simply don't give a shit about their player base, only about their own ideas of social justice etc crap

This is an example of comformity to society, misogynity, and racism itself. Why do u want scores to be hidden? What if you are feeding and you are being racist? Double punishment!! This is un-needed and I am offended.
Also, what if there is language barrier? let's be honest, racism doesnt exist. I'm a white male who was in an area full of poverty, now im in middle-class working my way up, while in university.
The system as is right now is not consistent and punishes things said in chat more often than anything else. I don't think it's making the game any better.
if it did that then everyone would just report for hate speech along with the real reason just to trigger a instant review then that support ticket you summit cause your client isnt working right or something takes you 2 weeks to get answered cause people are complaining that the punish bot is what im gonna call it handed out a wrongful punishment
