can we have a report option for this?

not directly feeding or even necessarily trying to troll, but intentionally sabotaging the team by either deliberatly misplaying at clutch moments. or "not helping the team lose but not helping them win either" either because the team wont surrender and they want to leave. or they're trying to troll and dodge the ban system

examples

a jungler deliberately not smiting dragon or baron . or smiting it at 1100 health instead of when it would die

afk farming the entire game and ignoring pings

baiting the team into engaging and then just sitting there

intentionally feeding. but only 2 or 3 kills at the start of the game and then pretending to try

You should never assign to malice what can easily be explained by stupidity.

Okay, unless they stated "I'm going to purposely miss smite", then chances are they didn't do it on purpose and it's silly to think they did. Also "intentionally feeding a few kills and pretending to try"... Are you serious? If they were going to grief then they are going to grief. It looks like you're looking for excuses to report teammates that made mistakes and that's not what the report system is for.

this would be really hard to moderate but it is a great idea

If you can prove it, just use the report system and include any information inside the comment box. Otherwise, no, Riot won't action solely on poor play.

How do you suppose a system is to judge such cases?

I understand the intentional feed a couple times then play normally, but miss smiting? I can really only see this as something that manual reviews would catch. As well as something that a lot of people would report players that are just playing poorly.

The issue with proposing any system to try and catch someone that is trying their hardest to troll without being caught, they will still find a way. Adding a new system won't change them, it will only change how they troll.
