Can we make "playing under the influence" a report option?
As you saw with meteos, playing while drunk is a horrible idea. He went 1-27-5 and didn't realize he was inting until the end of the game.

I think he meant the person who had that score didn't realize they had that many deaths until the game ended.

Well, .. okay, yeah I have, but i've never been dumb enough to play League while that drunk.
but I do occasionally drink and play.
