i love how riot only answer on reddit this days and dont even bother with boards or TICKETS

Yeah if you dont post on reddit then you would never find a solution to your problem

I send a ticket to a rioter about a problem (i got a defeat when i should have left the champ select due to a power line cut i was second pick and the champ select was still on ban phase but the game somehow continue play as i see it later on when my power line got back and i got a "Defeat" when my PC was close so a "ghost" version of my PC was on the game and for 19 minutes (that how lost the game last as i see on my game data) my champion was "Active" somehow because in my match history i have a defeat and not a leave so i was like "Riot bla bla what was that bla bla" on a ticket

And guess what i got a BOT reply so i ask again and guess what SAME ANSWER TWICE SAME BOT ANSWER

So i was like what the point to even bother with ticket when riot dont even take time to read the tickets and they just answer with bot replies...its just pathetic

And no it wasent in holiday days it was before holidays

Yeah . . . not much different here, despite having more people they ignore the community even more. They won't be missed when the company falls apart at this rate.

. . . what are you wanting Riot to do about it? It's one game, where 9 other people obviously connected... you were afk due to circumstances beyond your control. It's one game - move on.
