All you hear at the end of a game is report this person

I sorta understand your sentiment here...but how do you suppose they fix the situation? Truly toxic people should and need to be removed from the game.

I also agree with OP but wished they had written it a touch better lol..Still it's something Riot takes as negative and you can report this, if you feel it deserve one.
