I may be asking for too much, but that it takes 20+ games for a ban to be handed out is insane. I know the games are all played across 1-2 days normally from these scums, but there needs to be some sort of system like what Riot has with the Toxic people (system has listed words that get banned people much quicker) that can detect that it's not just someone having multiple bad games and get them banned in 12 hours or less.

Please.

riot tends to care more about people who hurt the feelings of others, rather than those that feed or cheat, sadly.

That second picture with the ghost heal people may be bots leveling up. Though I'm not sure.

I agree, twenty games is too many. In that time they wasted atleast 10 hrs of people's time in Ranked, and 15+ deaths 6 tears/mobis/zeals/faerie charms is very easy to detect..

Are you sure he was feeding? He may infact just be that bad at the game. What I'm getting at who in there right mind would feed 20 games straight? Bronze games which he has tobe in last about what 45mins? so 45 times 20.... 15hours straight of feeding? Come on now, even I can see banning isn't what needs tobe done. He needs a coach or mental help.
