Is going 0/10+ reportable? (in Diamond)
While the rest of the team is positive or even? I mean for diamond 0/10+ usually means he is either boosted or trolls.

A score in itself is not reportable. Is the person ACTUALLY intentionally feeding? I say actually, because I see too many people thinking having a poor game is feeding. Doing poorly is not reportable. Harassing someone for doing poorly is reportable. Intentionally feeding or trolling is reportable.
No, it's not reportable.
Sometimes you just really have a bad game. Maybe your connection decided to start acting up after the game started, maybe you're just barely making the wrong decisions or are getting outplayed and it's snowballing, maybe your lane opponent is far better than the rest of your team's opponents, or you are getting 4v1'd constantly with no help. It happens to everyone across all ranks.
You have to decide for yourself whether they are performing poorly intentionally, the numbers alone don't mean that.
Playing bad / having a bad game is not ever punishable in any way shape or form. If you are bad in general, your MMR (and therefore your rank) will adjust accordingly.
You can go 0-20 in Master and still not be intentionally feeding / reportable.

that depends, if that guy was hard focused then no, if he was LEEEROY-ing their 5 man grouping alone undertower or inting then yes you can. a negative score is only then reportable if it was caused on purpose, which is the essential Definition of a feeder and a troll, someone who sabotages the game on purpose to benefit the enemy. So if These 0/10 scores were caused due to him wanting it to be then yes you can report him, otherwise we just have to assume he had a VERY bad day
Honestly it is hard to say because of auto fill. If you look up their account and they are like an Ezreal main ( as in, they climbed from Silver to Diamond playing nothing but Ezreal ) and then suddenly started playing a bunch of champs they dont' do well with, and then played Ezreal and went 0-10, then I'd think maybe they were boosted. If someone has only a few games or no games with a champ and they feed then I usually assume they were auto filled and were just playing something that they actually thought might work but failed with.
I hope so. Cancer player shouldn't be playing ranked. 0/10/0 without a single assist ? Player must be either mental or inting, can't explain otherwise. There is no a single reason why anyone should have more than 5 deaths without contributing to the team at least 1 assist.
