I found the notorious karthus script today
seriously, it was a horrible experience. I was cheesed down to 20% hp at lvl 1 by him. I wonder how riot penalise these people?

unauthed 3rd party program bans happens in waves though, so don't go stalking him and stressing yourself out that hes not banned.
karthus script you mean you has quick cast on his q and is able to hit q where you will be????
Are you sure you weren't simply outplayed? His Q casts really fast, and you have to be able to predict it if he's smart enough to lead with it. Simply having your HP worn away isn't enough to prove it's scripting.
How do you know he was scripting?
There was once a Karthus in my game that would always ult people who are low enough health, even when it was extremely unlikely he had any vision of them during that time they got to low health. He always landed nearly every skill and dodged skills even when someone would shoot them from unwarded bush. Compared to the other players on his team, he had only like 10% as much damage received as they did, and did 3-4 times as much damage as everyone else cause he always dodged and never missed. That's one of the only times I believed for sure it was a scripter. I've seen many gold/plat+ karthus and they weren't even that 'good'.
