Is it a reportable offense when you ban a champ that someone else is asking to play...

I hate those morons...

No. It's a scumbag move of you do it out of pure spite, but no, it's not reportable

As someone said, that act is like picking a fight with teammates, but it's not really a reportable offense since it's considered issues among players that they have to resolve between themselves.

Nope. If you troll them like that it's acceptable by the game's standards.

This happens occasionally, and usually people apologize because they weren't paying attention.

I recall one time through, I got grouped with a 4 man bunch of trolls, and they banned my champ on purpose, spammed lol's, noobs, retard, etc.

So I locked Braum mid because I quit caring at that point an just wanted the match to e over as quickly as possible.

I went 8/1/12

I had the highest KDA and more CS than the ADC.

Told other team what happened and they rofl'd.

I personally always report those people. "Being a team player begins at champion select"- the Summoner's Code. It's unsportsmanlike conduct to ban what your team wants to play.
