Just had a vayne who took smite, went afk for several minutes, then just ran down lanes "farming".

And by "Farming" I mean she aa'd her way down lanes till someone came to kill her, just to respawn and do it again.

And again.

and again.

She wasn't even last hitting. But she made sure to keep a "positive" attitude in chat. "Don't worry guys, we can win this :)." "It's like you said, I just have to farm :)"

What exactly does the report system do, if anything, to players like this? Do we just have to accept that someone can pretend to suddenly be bronze 5 and get away with it as long as it looks like they might be trying? If so, it might be time to rethink whatever methods riot uses to punish players intentionally ruining the game.
