I would like to attempt to be apart of the unbanned perma player program.

What i was banned for? excessive flaming

Why do i believe i should be apart of this program? No matter how mad i got with people and started flaming i was a hardcore ranked player. I always did the best of my ability to win. I didn't run it down mid or hi jack farm from my teammates.

I'm willing to attempt the second chance just let me know what i need to do.
