I swear I see 10 a day, and all the same response (I don't script, Riot gives me a automated message reply for help)
Could there be some more work put into this, or better yet stop with the automated replies and actually help investigate?
Magical Player2 votesTBF they're not automated replies they're a copy text block with mild edits as 99% of tickets can be responded to with an answer that has already been given It's not that riot stops investigating because they sent a response its that riot needs to acknowledge that a user requested a review. So they give the "automated response"

At my work, we refer to this as the "scripted response" or sometimes the "routine response." Just like Riot, we have boilerplate language that has evolved to be as effective and concise as possible. Our clients like it, as it reduces confusion. I have yet to meet a League player who likes them from Riot.

so
riot takes that response reapplies as needed to save time on tickets
Once a good response is written it would apply to 99% of cases.
I think the words "automated response" from my end was more towards the OP and others who believe riot is just letting scripts respond to tickets instead of humans
JDusidZB6G1 votesNope. Riot refuses to admit they have an error in the system. I'm just playing on my lvl20 (which is now already 24) and hoping they actually start giving a fuck about all of us. It's pretty fucking dumb how they seem to be 100% certain everything on their end works as intended.
Freaker Play6 votesRiot does admit when they make a mistake. I was falsly banned for 3rd party programming 2 weeks ago and after a few days of contacting support and making posts on the forum they looked into it and saw that they messed up. They then unbanned me and gave some compensation & apologized.
All I can say is if you really know you didn't do anything wrong... Keep on trying to contact them, they will eventually stop using automated responses.
JDusidZB6G1 votesStill banned for "scripting" even though I've approached them in all possible ways, keep repeating I've never ever cheated, was willing to however compliment their requests or inquiries in finding out the real issue or a system bug yet their replies are still the same... After the manual investigation they only "confirmed" I really was hacking which was a week ago and I'm scared they haven't done any real work since. I keep sending emails but they refuse to look in deeper than the manual investigation which results are simply false. Has anyone else had this experience? My 20 account is now already 25, but it feels extra stupid having to level again for no reason. Still hopeful.
RallerenP2 votesTBF, there is no real way for me to tell if you were truly ~~scripting ~~ using 3rd party programs or not. Riot admitted to a mistake they made a unbanned all the accounts banned due to that mistake. Riot has no obligation to tell you anything about how they detected you and they truly believe that you were using 3rd party programs. All I can do is trust in the system put in place, and while false-positives do occur, they mostly get reverted.
They wouldn't ban any innocent accounts on purpose, since that wouldn't be very profitable.
JDusidZB6G1 votesI felt very reassured when I started noticing bans were getting lifted as I was sorta just waiting for my turn.
As of now, I'm 100% positive that the**System still isn't 100%, ** After two or more manual checks the employees still confirm the scripts but won't disclose a process or a file or whatever that I could check for as I explicitly repetitively and in many different ways told them I never used no 3rd partys/scripts/macros and that all the clicks were always mine. My match history should also more than confirm the absence of any such tools...
I can't imagine being the only guy who has been falsely accused and still not cleared. So there's most likely a fair amount of us casual league players still banned for nothing. Would be nice to somehow be able to get the word out and not be further accused by everyone, but that's just not how the world is today...
As for profitable, we both know they have enough income to not care too much about a couple of potential mistakes (that would probably take too long to investigate).
