I swear I see 10 a day, and all the same response (I don't script, Riot gives me a automated message reply for help)
Could there be some more work put into this, or better yet stop with the automated replies and actually help investigate?
TBF they're not automated replies they're a copy text block with mild edits as 99% of tickets can be responded to with an answer that has already been given It's not that riot stops investigating because they sent a response its that riot needs to acknowledge that a user requested a review. So they give the "automated response"
Nope. Riot refuses to admit they have an error in the system. I'm just playing on my lvl20 (which is now already 24) and hoping they actually start giving a fuck about all of us. It's pretty fucking dumb how they seem to be 100% certain everything on their end works as intended.
