votekick and replace player with a bot

what if you gave people the ability "in ranked games only" to remove a player from the group. allow them to immediatly requeue and lose zero LP. and replace them with an intermediate bot. it could only be done once per game. this would give players a better tool to deal with trolls. toxic players. and just people who are ungodly bad and ARAM thier way to 30 and jump into ranked

also. the vote would be invisible to the person being kicked so if an attempt failed. they wouldnt get demoralized and reports would still apply if valid

in my opinion. one of the main causes for flaming is the fact that there is very little someone can do about a troll,feeder, or fresh 30. and since being a noob isnt bannable "for good reason" and intentional feeders are hard to catch. people can't rely on the report system. so they take matters into thier own hands
