today i was the victim of a /remake. now before people start trying to victim blame. and say that it's my fault. i NEVER afk. my internet works just fine. and this happened immediatly after the patch. /remake should be disabled until the new client is RELEASED AND FREE OF BUGS

MagicFlyingLlama5 votesFirst, your hardware has nothing to do with the stability of the computer. Anything from viruses to wrong drivers, unstable OS (windows 10), bad config, shitty "optimization" or "booster" programs ect can cause issues. Also, i hope you are running the game as admin already.
Also, expensive CPU, absurd amount of ram - and a totally shit GPU. Laptops are great stuff.

Edit: After doing a little research, it is apparently not exclusively for laptops, it is and not very old, it just has bizarre specs and is very obscure. I have never heard it mentioned before, probably because it is was totally obsolete a couple months after release (750Ti).
If your motherboard supports it, you can swap it out for a 1050 or 1050Ti later this month, it will be about 3-4 times better at 110$

Also try repairing the client as stated in earlier.

Awkward Couch1 votesRun a client repair, if it happened immediately after the patch, it could be that the patch was not properly installed. That's what happened to me about 10 months ago.
