I feel like people are more open to ninmeta picks now

played a few games with teemo and blitz jg, only 1 dodge(not even on my team but the enemy team dodged) and no one verbal abused for playing teemo and blitz in

jg

i used to get flammed for playing teemo in any position, even top lane which rito said he should belong, and at least 30% of the time someone will dodge once i lock in teemo. but it seemed less common that i get flammed for picking my favourite champion.

thnx guys.

I've noticed that as well....

And Teemo isn't a bad champ by any means, especially vs a few others!

But...He sucks....Even if you play him you have to hate him. That's the rules.

Just last night I was playing a game where everyone called their roles and I was left with adc. But after everyone picked their champs, there was no ap on our team at all, Riven top, Zed mid, Panth Jungle, so I went Vel'Koz. Made it clear I'd be playing bot and everyone was totally ok with it.

Also, I've been taking Taric top a lot lately, in both ranked games and normals, and haven't gotten much grief. I did one game by one person, but he was a dick and was reported by my team and the other.

I'm all for non meta picks, but figure out how to be successful. I personally had a series ruined by a jungle karthus that got executed 3 times before he finished his first clear.

I made a jungle swain work in a ranked game once because of a miscommunication, does that mean it is something I should do ? I could have been a huge detriment to my team.

Ive been seeing more rammus top lately, once he gets thronmail he actually hurts...

Played a normal the other night tho as lux bot lane (not support) and our mid accused me of trolling despite the fact that i won lane and carried till the enemy kog got farmed up and just right clicked us all to death.

a season 4 story - teammate 1: _picks Urgot _ teammate 2: /all GG teammate 3: /all report Urgot teammate 4: i'm AFKing teammate 5: runs down Urgot's lane under tower tower all game

enemy team: /all dw we were gunna report Urgot anyways

these days there's nothing that gets you treated that badly just for picking it. i 100% agree people are way more open to your picks i can actually play 5v5 games as Urgot instead of constant 1v9 games

I feel like Teemo makes more sense in the jungle. He has incredible map control post-6 that is wasted if you are in top lane, and in mid he struggles vs a lot of assassins and long ranged champs like lux. Also he worked really well with runeglaive and echoes is even better (don't even have to be near the enemy to take advantage of it) Takes a little practice for his clears to be healthy (as with most ranged champs that jg) but his lane ganks are devastating and just the fear of him being able to have shrooms anywhere is a very scary mind game for the enemy jungler.

I've done blitz jg AD. His early game is rough, but his ganks can be brutal. You basically roam and cover lanes, occasionally farming the jg when you need to, as you lack damage and tankiness to keep it. I tend to rush warrior. triforce, then ravenouse hydra. Combined with your E which doubles your AD, plus spellblade proc, you can slam for easily 700 damage. With high ratios on all your abilities as well and stupid good CC, bursting down people is oddly satisfying.
