How do I report a play from outside of the end game screen?

"all your trash family will fking die in car accident soon. you'll be killed by ISIS soon. stupid fking trash. go fk your bloody whore mom then hang yourself. stupid trash bronze" is what a player said to me in a friend chat and I would like to report this player. Though I doubt anything will happen I want this player to realize that this is wrong behavior.

send a ticket to https://support.riotgames.com under general game questions -> about m account (or something along those lines).

Send them screen shots as evidence. They'll forward it to the proper department, though Riot won't let you know if a punishment took place due to privacy reasons.
