People who repeatedly spam the surrender button should be permabanned

This defeatist culture that has been growing rapidly in the community got out of hand years ago. Now it's getting even worse. Not a single game goes by now without at least three different people spamming the surrender vote as soon as it becomes available, no matter the state of the game. It's encouraging people to just give up before the game even has a chance to begin, and now you have throngs of people who have outright fetishized surrendering.

I am beyond sick and tired of seeing people salivating over just the thought of surrendering, craving it every second of every day, pining for it as their grandest ambition in life. It needs to be punished, because this growing culture of defeatism is sabotaging not just entire divisions, but entire populations.
