Is Riot manually reviewing reports for (Offensive Language)

I had 4 toxic experiences today 3 were really toxic, got reported for (Ofeensive Language) played very badly (Feeding) because of toxic players on my team who did not listen, and forced roles, and never used (Offensive Language) directed towards anyone in game. (Even with pick order in my last game it was all intentionally thrown and trolled by others.) as well as being matched with them after waiting 15 seconds next match.

Is there automated bans still or is Riot Reviewing these type of games because the players in my game were just saying so many hateful things it wasn't funny but I just muted them doesn't mean I could really do anything after being griefed so hard by them, but season is over with so whatever, but the fact is there are so many toxic players and auto lockers today its an awful experience.

Chat logs are automatically scanned by a machine system for verbal abuse reports to verify them. I'm not exactly sure what circumstances a case is manually reviewed (other then if you ask them to), but they usually don't.

It usually takes many reports to build a case against a player so they can get punished, as 1 valid report is not reason to ban someone except in the most extreme cases.

If you are getting reported falsely then the reports will be thrown out. If you get a notification, that doesn't mean they were valid, it just means you've had a lot of reports recently.
