Just had 3 people first time champions in ranked on my team. All game long all the did was run it down and I lost because of that. Me and my mid played well and tried our best but we can’t 2v5. Why should we lose lp when 3 people decide to troll our game and make it unwinnable.

No game is unwinnable unless your own Nexus literally explodes upon entering the game. Besides, if you didn't lose LP because of this there WILL be people who try to abuse the hell out of it.
Can you please use the Rant forum?
Because the rules are the same for every game mode, making it punishable to first time a champion would mean that everyone would get punished for the first game they played. Goodbye new players.
When will you learn that what you defined is not trolling, so it's not punishable?
