Thought I would share this in the hopes it will brighten some of your days. I played with a really toxic Udyr who didn't gank for the first 15 minutes of the game and would just run into lane stealing farm and experience (as well as revealing his position so the enemy team knew where they could exert pressure.) Then he flamed the team when we started falling behind and dying. When we tried to farm jungle camps in order to catch back up his response was "stop taking my jungle camps %%%gots." He purposely would smite blue away from me (our mid laner) and purposely would smite red away from our ADC (even when we were 30 minutes into the game.) I wound up muting him since he was putting me on tilt. When the game ended he continued to flame us in post game chat telling us how bad we were. I reported him and then replied "Enjoy your ban Udyr. gg"

Little did I know I was going to get this little gem once I left the post game chat. Ahhhhh....justice.

TL;DR Keep reporting toxic people, it does make a difference.

Yes, good job reporting the guy, good job keeping your cool, but please, never say "enjoy your ban". Ever. Just rep and leave, saying something like that gets on my (and others) nerves sooo much, even from a 3rd party perspective.

I had a teammate abandon their lane (mid lane kalista). Came to bottom, where we were easily winning lane. Stole our cs, fed the enemy support a kill, while our mid lane tower got taken (7 minutes into the match). After that it was all feed and racial slurs. We /ff at 25 minutes. I report kalista for hate speech, feeding and verbal abuse, filling in details in the comment section. It happened yesterday, I've never in the 4 years I've been playing received one of these notifications. I even sent a report through support. No response yet, although I don't expect to see one until tomorrow sometime, if not later.

This game is pure garbage now. I could care less about the flaming, toxic assholes. The people who actively ruin games, that pisses me off. To the point I refuse to play the game anymore. The only enjoyment I can see ever having with this game, is to join in on the trolling. I pride myself on being a decent person though, empathetic toward others. This just isn't the community for me.

The only thing that I would say that isn't "out of line" for him is smiting buffs away. Just because you are playing x-role does not mean you're entitled to blue/red buff.

Other than that, I can relate to the feeling you get here. It's nice to know that you made a difference.
