Riot you need to fix how your system checks for inappropriate names

I won't say the exact name, but it involved a claim to perform a certain action on all people of a certain type, with the N-word being directly used. It's a fairly new account, since it only has 14 ranked games. But I'm also certain this is a smurf account since all those ranked games are wins with this individual and this 2 dynamic queue friends completely stomping on the same 2-3 champions. So I'm not really sure if this person will even care about that specific account being banned since they can just make another and stomp elos below him again. Not sure if it'd be possible but I guess look out for accounts from this person's IP or emails?
