found a player who was encouraging suicide to others in some of my previous games still playing
(and flaming openly, mind you)
im feeling that what cowsep had issues with is beginning to ring true for other servers as well

I am absolutely shocked that this sort of behavior has occurred at this day in age. I used to be that player that your referencing before I reformed. See the problem here is that there system was is so bad I was telling people "kys" and all other sorts of nonsense because their was no punishment. It took them three years to actually ban an account that had god knows how many chat offenses on it. Through the magic of the internet and 15$ I had a new account within an hour. Wow its almost like anyone that doesn't live in poverty can acquire as many accounts as they desire, weird. Riots developers are literally low functioning apes at computers. 4 accounts later I'm still here, just with a few less "kys" and a whole lot more creativity.
Didn't we all? The fact that Riot hasn't stepped up their game is pathetic even with the Moderators here.
