we cant even call out trolls that publically announce they are just not going to play a game because the ENEMY team banned his champion??? FFS.

You continually flamed and blamed and harassed a teammate. No, it doesn't matter what you think they're doing - you don't get to break the rules.

Honestly, it was just for harassing your jungler. Very whiney chat log. Keep that in your inner dialogue, cuz Riot definitely will punish for that.

well , people raise punishments for report , rep terms , there are 2 used , after me , that's not even have somehow to offense anyone ,but they do that because it raise conflicts , and people tend to defend and to be toxic back , so they decided to ban people who use report x... , because they not want you to turn others to be toxic ,or in such a state manner they would return and troll/grief.

Don't ask how much time i spended to learn that... or to think into that , i still believe it's harmless ,and that no one can get offended , but the problem is that some people consider it , so Riot don't have to ban others for turning to be toxic because you say that... , they don't fix toxicity throught this punishment , instead they want to prevent it ,likely to don't raise conflicts between you and others ,so they don't have to ban multiple people for being toxic... , which in fact proofs the fact you have to gain a punishment , because of others issues in behaving normal if someone says report x.
