lf you report a player you muted. the IFS only scans logs you were able to see.
this prevents people from muting all at the start of the game and blindly reporting people "this would also prevent reviewing of teamchat if you are only reported by people on the enemy team
- No all comments you make relevant no matter regardless who sees it. Only 1 report from a single individual matters , false reports are disregarded,

A report flags a game for review. They do not establish guilt. The game is then reviewed for harassment, feeding, etc. This is why 'troll reporting' or 'gang reporting' do >not work. False or inaccurate reports are thrown out.
You cannot ever be punished for saying nothing .. unless of course it's for something gameplay related like feeding, afking or cheating. But, you can never be punished for >offensive language, hate speech or verbal abuse if you said nothing.
make it so if you mute someone . they recieve an in game notification "player x has muted you" as well as if you unmute. this way, players won't waste time typing to the air. and dont have to guess whether or not they were muted when they are asking to group
- could be useful to somone ..iguess, but really if don't get a response that should get a message to
rework ping muting to "throttle" pings rather then completely mute them
this prevents spam, but allows useful communication to remain open.
- no if someone chooses to mute pings it probably for a reason of thier choosing and that is their right.
if you make your chat invisible or /mute all from any point before minute 3. and longer then 10 minutes. you cannot recieve honors from that game "this is to encourage people to mute as a last resort. rather then mute all from the start of the game
- No there is nothing wrong with muting a team at the start .
If you want military grade team work , tactical communication / meta gameplay etc ... then its up to you to find players who feel the same and make a premade.
