Ya know what someone does bad, tilts, then sits in base, types to the team, but doesn't play? Yeah, perma-ban. There is no excuse for that. We have the chat logs, we can see he just sat there and wasn't disconnected. Or if someone builds 6 
or says they are feeding on purpose. Perma-ban.
There is no excuse for these actions that ruin a match for everyone else, and we the players should not have to tolerate it. So why do we?

I understand that occasionally someone is going to snap and be an asshole for a match, which may include intentionally feeding. Ultimately, intentionally feeding is ruining the match for 9 other individuals max for a single game.
Should a person be perma-banned for a single instance of wasting the time of 9 other people for 20-30min (games with intentional feeders tend to be short)? Nah. There should be a little leniency in the system. A one warning system sounds fair to me.
The filth some people type in chat can easily be more damaging to someone's overall enjoyment of the game than someone just intentionally feeding.

I have no reason to mute someone's chat before they reveal what they are about to say. And given that communication is very important to the game, they must be treated as if they were not muted at all.

I queue'd up for a normal with a couple friends the other night, and it turns out that our midlaner had woefully underestimated her level of intoxication. By mid-game, she was quite literally running it down mid, not out of malice but out of pure drunken incompetence. Fortunately, the other friend and I were able to neatly carry the game. While I'm sympathetic for our other two teammates being frustrated at what would understandably be interpreted as intentional feeding, I surely hope my friend's one idiotic game wouldn't incite a permanent ban on its own. Shit happens.
scazzman1 votesFor normals. I think a 14 day is sufficient however for ranked. I agree with the OP. There should be zero tolerance for trolling in ranked. And getting caught should be an immediate permaban no questions asked. And as far as afks go. Any afk in ranked that doesn't result in a remake should result in a 24 hour normals restriction if they dont reconnect before the game ends.
