Come 9.14 you can perma mute everyone. No more flame. No more harassment. No more tilt. Riot finally listened to players for once.

There is actually a problem. Because it's a bi-directional mute.
So by perma muting everyone, you can't even communicate with them in the instances that you feel you must. You don't just mute the other players, you mute yourself with that feature as well last time I checked.
I'm not even sure why Riot did that instead of simply giving a perma mute feature like asked. Not sure why Riot always has to add a twist that's not even good.
Also satisfying seeing the "Riot will never implement self mutes/accommodate toxic players" assertion be invalidated
It's about time that this strategy is streamlined into the game's design. I approve of this change. While, personally, I don't make a habit of /muteall, I will definitely use it periodically. I totally understand players who are trying to make a comeback from a punishment from the IFS wanting an option like this to help keep them safely in line.

Looks like I will be sticking with my /fullmute all at the beginning of every game. I don't want pings, emotes, or in-game sound either
