S1 player here, getting fed up with automated mutes

I've been a player since league came out. From season 1 to now I've always loved the game to keep coming back even after bad games. I'd get angry here and there and tilted. Not going to hide it, I went through a rough patch a while back and ended up at honor 0. Took a break from the game, came back more calm and collected as a person. Didn't flame anyone, didn't get tilted, heck I got to the second checkpoint. I was really happy with myself, I managed to keep calm enough to get this far. Everything changed with my last game.

1 game of calling out my jungle. 1 game of aggro in chat. That's all it takes. I wasn't a good sportsman but when your rammus jungle dives turret at lv 3, gives the enemy fizz first blood. Couple minutes later tries to take drag with me, with no one around for the beginning but fizz came in at the end. Drag's at 200 hp and fizz is too far to do anything about it, smite time right? Nope. Gives fizz the drag and a kill. Fizz goes on to dominate the rest of the game, bot lane is doing poorly (something like 0-5 at the time) to a brand-maokai lane but top is doing ok but our entire team just got shafted by the 6-1 fizz later. Note riot gave me a chat restriction based on ONE GAME.

I honestly don't feel like coming back to the game anymore. After all these years if this is how Riot treats their customers (Yes I have spent hundreds of dollars on skins and such and I regret it every time but sometimes you just gotta get that DJ Sona skin ya know) by determining if you are "toxic" and a "bad player" by the weight of reports or quantity of reports I don't want to have anything to do with them any more. The use of bots and algorithms with no input for context to determine who is an offending player really shows how much riot fell throughout the ages. There isn't even anywhere to appeal these sorts of things. It's starting to feel alot like "suck it up, you gave us your money already so you're nothing to us now". Until they change this system (and it is a broken system, just look at the forums) I can't see myself trying to raise my honor just to have it shot down by one bad game. Heck I can't see myself playing this game anymore.
