IFS failing to flag zero tolerance phrases

IFS fails to capture both a correctly typed and augmented zero tolerance phrase. Despite how some people champion the system on this board, it is clearly flawed and a simple change of g's to q's will bypass the system. Reported both players and no IFS feedback despite zero tolerance results in an immediate 14 day suspension thus triggering feedback.
