The guy that trolled my game is still not banned.
This is really outrageous. In Plat 4 I had a Teemo jungle with Smite / Exhaust. He went 0/9/3, had ZERO impact on the map as well. It literally felt like a 4v6, because he ran down bot 1v3 and gave up a free kill as well etc. He even typed in chat "I already won", when we were losing inhibitors and Baron, which means the player had no intention of winning; instead he wanted to flat out lose the game.
Now, I believe he got reported by everyone in both teams, but I never got any instant feedback for a couple of days, so I wanted to check if he actually played more games. So, after my game, he lost another Teemo jungle with smite - ignite, going 6/16/1, and then he played more games, some of those who won, but his KDAs were atrocious. Heimerdinger win 2/8/3, defeat 5/10/3, win 4/15/10, win 2/5, win 2/7, defeat 1/8/0, Fiddle jungle 2/17/5, Jinx win 5/13 and that's pretty much all about it.
This is happening in plat 4. What I really do ask is why Riot hasn't taken any action against this. I understand having bad games, happens to everyone, has happened to me as well. But having a series of like 10 atrocious games is suspicious, but also typing afterwards that "I already won" because his team was losing, then that's really obviously crossing the line.
It's already hard to win when you get matched with bad players and all, but losing LP when people also INTENTIONALLY lose games, then that's really crossing the line.
P.S.: I don't even want to talk about AFKers. I have won and lost games simply because someone AFKed and never came back, in my team or the enemy team. Really not honorable to win LP, and more importantly unfair to lose LP, because someone was tilted enough to not want to continue playing.
