I went into the script/code or whatever for League, and set the chat scale to -100 so i dont have to see chat anymore. I think a lot of people subconsciously focus on it too much and its hurting their game. Despite the fact i almost never talk in any of my games, since ive done this ive won more lol and it helps cause you just tend to forget that there ever was a chat and you dont need to see any toxicity from anyone.

Obviously it has its disadvantages, but its easy to just tell people to communicate through pings and such.

(idk if this belongs in gameplay or player behavior cause its more focused on ignoring people rather than playing)

Downsides is that you can't see people pinging CDs.

But that is honestly better than you reading chat, getting tilted and flaming.

I just mute everyone. That way I can still see pings.

Downside is that Rito can banhammer you for meddling with league. "We see that you modified something and we don't care what it is" - like their custom skin banwaves.
