Matched with someone I just reported for toxicity

So, I just played a ranked. <removed by moderation> We were ahead early, until unfortunately botlane died just before an infernal drake. But we were still in the game.

Meanwhile, our top (Trundle) was 0/3/0, which is fine by me, as we were ahead.

But then he started blaming the jungler, of course (me) for "not ganking". (Does it matter if I don't gank top if I give my team drakes, first tower, and 3k gold lead at 8 min in? -giving a kill mid and 3 kills bot, 1st ocean drake, first tower, etc ...)

So I just mute him and continue to play.

We lose the game as now it was just bad atmosphere and this guy just didn't intend to win, he insult me in the lobby. I report him for toxicity.

Next game, match-making put him in my team, and he banned my champion.

Can you please, send this guy an advertisement, or, at least, not put us in the same team as someone we report previous game?

I always wait 5 minutes before I queue up again for this reason

That's not possible for match making reasons. It will greatly reduce the pool of players available to play with and make the queue time much longer.

I edited out the link from your post, as per the Board rule against Name & Shame. Calling out people in the manner you used creates a witch hunt which is not allowed.

If you have a problem with someone in game, then be sure to use the report function at the end of the game, or if someone continues to harass you out of game, then submit a Support Ticket.

That happened to me in placements I was matched with a supp who tower dove at level 2, then flamed me for not dying with him, then fed 3 more times and started piling on with the mid who was his friend he joined with. So i got placed way below where I was last season because they both agreed that it was my fault somehow despite all scorecard evidence.
