How does this encourage better behavior I fail to understand this.

Honor X player for carrying Report X player for feeding (Not Intentionally) but I see peeps who are just having a bad game and they get treated like shit. Honor X player on enemy team for allowing them to win? Honor X Player trolling in general

Open to social abuse still?

Like used honestly I don't see an issue but do you really expect to hand a loaded fire-arm to a 5 year old and expect them not to play with it?
