Honestly there's no reason someone should be pinging more than once every couple minutes.
Had a match yesterday where our Jax top was dying.. alot. This dude went 0-4. Continues this by complaining about how crappy our jungler was; and just kept pinging missing every time our jungler died.

Um no because maybe laners might only need to ping once a minute maybe jg needs to ping alot.
Or Support. Or, well, anyone actually paying attention to the minimap?
It should go down if anything; it actively inhibits ability to effectively communicate in solo queue.
"But there was a game where some guy kept pinging missing!" If this is actually a problem for you, you have placed entirely too much investment into this "toxic" idea.
