It's extremely unlikely these players will ever be punished, because they can only be reported at most once in any given game.
This behavior needs to be made zero tolerance, especially in ranked. Homophobic slurs don't ruin games, trolls do, and muting them doesn't stop them from making you lose games.
How is that possible? You can only play duo or solo in Diamond.
You know nothing about that will ever change. Riot seems to think Dynamic que is great, and thinks chat is much more toxic than things that actually ruin the game.

It's hard to catch trolls :/ Riot says 1 report is all you need though to flag a match for review, so the 1 report isn't the issue. If they don't chat, it's gonna take a human to catch it and that's unfortunately really resource intensive, I would imagine. Sucks :/ I agree they need to be more diligent on catching trolls and stop focusing so much on chat.

Shhh shhhh. Just stop playing. People will always be like this no matter what system you have. Would it not be much more fun to play games like overwatch or borderlands or something less stressful? Just uninstall ;) its a waste of time and money. Riot only cares about how big your wallet is, and never care about the community.
