Please give players dodging games because of trolls a possibility of reporting said players.

Currently threatening players in champ select carries SO little risk, since chances are that either someone will dodge, or you will get your role, and probably behave ok after that, and players will have forgotten after the game. Why can i not report the ghost cleanse nunu top who's been raging in champ select, just because i don't actually want to play a game with him?

Also; i'm not trying to say we should remove lp penalty or anything, dodging because of teamcomp is imo not legit, but there needs to be a function where you can report this kind of behaviour, after you just "saved" 3 other innocent people from a troll/flamer with your lp.
