If someone else dodged, then you'll still need to submit a ticket to Player Support. These are the paths for reporting, not posting their names in a screenshot on the Boards.

Wow, just wow. Your arrogance is astounding. First you assume he dodges and mislabel it toxic. Then when corrected you do not even apologize. I consider this as an example of poor customer service experience and devalue riot as a company for it. [slayer-pantheon-popcorn] I dodge like 30-50% of all games to avoid toxic situations. This is the encouraged path as I've read for 6 season on the boards. (Better to dodge than play out a loss with players who are misbehaving or are immature).
