can we bring back unskilled player reports. and have them do this?

when a player has accumulated enough unskilled player reports with a particular champ. they would become disabled outside of normal games until x number of games played with that champ. the reports would be only available in ranked to prevent people from trolling with it in normals. and would also readjust elo like they used to

also. to avoid people trolling with it by reporting good players on thier mains. after someone has played 100 total games with a champion. unskilled player reports would only readjust elo and not disable thier champ in ranked. this number would be reset after any patch where said champion was altered by a rework or nerf.

also. when someone's champ is banned due to reports a notifcation would pop up "in this caseXerath " saying "Dear summoner, you have been flagged as unskilled with Xerath , while you are not being punished, nor in danger of being punished unless you violate the Summoners Code,Xerath will now be disabled for you in ranked games until you have played 10 normal games withXerath this is not a punishment. and is meant to encourage people to practice with a new champion before immediately playing them in ranked. your skill rating has also been adjusted to match you with and against players closer to your skill level "

Disabled in Normal games? No sorry, that's where these people need to go to improve their skills! MonkeyKing with that champion.

If you want to make it possible to disable them from using that champ in ranked.........................eh.

I'd rather there be a requirement for a player to be rank 4+ with a champ before they roll it in ranked before using a report system to handle this kind of thing.

How stupid is this. In order to become "not skilled" with certain champion ,you have to play it more and more. Not less and less. If nothing, they should lock other champs for him and make him play on that certain champ, till he becomes good with it.

I know this is hard to grasp, but being good or bad at the game isn't something you can be punished for.

You're Silver V after 1306 ranked games.....Riot should just disable your account.

By your own admission Taric and Soraka would be disabled big time from your account.

Unskilled needs to apply to stupid things people do with any champ and not the champ itself. 1v5 diving, not warding, chasing, etc, things like that. Doing these things over and over and not learning needs to be reportable and investigated and punished. It will never happen because we live in a world where just showing up is acceptable. How hard you work in life to excel at something don't mean anything these days. The same people who are like this in game are like this in real life as well.

Really could give a rats ass to the excuses that follow, because that is all they are.

Good luck getting them to implement a punishment (yes, it's a punishment regardless of you saying it's not) in which someone wasn't allowed to play a champ they paid for. Yes, it sucks to deal with someone figuring a champ out in ranked. It happens to all of us at some time or another, especially in cases where someone picks the champ the team wants instead of playing to their own strengths. Just suck it up and move on to the next match.

If a player is in the game that is clearly not as skilled as the others, Riot screwed up. Not the player. You don't punish people for something that is entirely out of their control.
