there's a guy on the boards posting inflamatory comments , accusing people of being permabanned, calling people kiddos and just being a douche. please ban him

If you have an issue with a player on the Boards, use the Report button. If we find the comments to be outside what is allowable per Riot, then we'll remove them.

Then it may not be something we consider removable in that section. You can submit a ticket to Player Support with links to the things you feel shouldn't be allowed and an explanation and they can review it further.

Don't do that. It's still not allowed. Again, you can submit a ticket to discuss this with Riot. It can't be done on the Boards other than using the Report button.
