there's a guy on the boards posting inflamatory comments , accusing people of being permabanned, calling people kiddos and just being a douche. please ban him

If you have an issue with a player on the Boards, use the Report button. If we find the comments to be outside what is allowable per Riot, then we'll remove them.

Don't do that. It's still not allowed. Again, you can submit a ticket to discuss this with Riot. It can't be done on the Boards other than using the Report button.
Bottom left of any post is a report button. Using it helps.
