I just sat through 13 minutes of intentional feeding. Diamond players should not behave like this.

Around 18 minutes, our jungle wanted to surrender. We all voted no, so he spent the next 13 minutes basically just running directly into the enemy team while saying 'get me out of this game.'

When the enemy team asked if they wanted us to report him, he responded 'gl i do this all the time and nothing happens.' If I look in his match history, I can see other matches where he very likely did the exact same thing.

Can something please actually be done to punish these players? This behavior is pretty common, and the fact that they can actually play enough games to get to Diamond without being banned says a lot.
