Still can't receive rewards
So I was banned for two weeks for getting a bit ragey a few months ago. Since then I've played a ton of games have never received another warning or notification that I've been reported, because I no longer rage. About a month or two ago I received a message in the client saying something along the lines of, "We notice that your behavior has improved dramatically, keep up the great work!" or something similar. Even though it's been easily 100 games since that message, yet after every game I still receive the same message in the post game lobby saying, that I am ineligible to receive rewards due to behavior issues. I've googled the topic and I know that time to receive rewards varies from player to player, but this is starting to seem like an excessively long punishment. Anyone know if it will ever resolve on its own or do I have to take it to customer support?
