Ranked Rigged?

First off I play almost exclusively ranked so this post is about ranked play only. I know there is a system where it places you in games so that both teams have relatively equal skill level, but it seems like I'm on this constant roller coaster ride of huge winning streaks and losing streaks. Like I'll win 10 games in a row and have really great teams, then once I raise too high in rank I'll get the most unskilled players possible and lose for ten games until I drop a few divisions, then it's right back to the opposite. I don't know if this is how the system is intended to work, but it makes it seemingly impossible to ever climb rank and stay there. Has anyone else noticed this or have any information on it?

I probably has to do with your skill level, If you reach it, you will think you have hit a wall and then will fall back to where you can win easily. If you think you can beat on the other team even when you hit the loss steak then I have no clue.

yer riot riggs ranked for, dozen times now ive gotten to bronze 1 but then after that its constant losses, till im in bronze 5 again, and every match i have a max of 3 deaths, everyone else on my team always have 10 or more deaths, riot riggs ranked, from my experience they proven it to me,
