Chat restriction after only 1 report?

So, I was having a little bit of a bad day yesterday. In fact I have already gone through my 10-chat limited games. I am not arguing that this set of logs isnt against the rules, I could have been nicer about some things.

My thing is only one game was used as proof before levying this punishment against this account. In the past there's always at least 2+ games of evidence to prove you deserve a ban/restriction but now it triggers after 1 game?

Short context: The trist stepped forward into a Miss Fortune/Karama 1v2 before Alistar came over from jungle and she instantly raged at him for picking Alistar. In Top lane, Tryn died 4 times 1v1 to Kennen before 10 minutes and blamed me, the Jungle Yi for not being able to gank (to be fair, I was slow in the jungle due a smurf lee who was really good at invades)

  1. just because it only shows you 1 game, doesnt mean you broke the rules in at least 10 games.

The Instant Feedback System provides 1-3 matches in your reform card, but that doesn't mean only 1-3 games contributed to your punishment.

You don't need to add context to your logs, because if you were being toxic you were being toxic; retaliation is not an excuse to cause more problems.

If you have a problem with a player in chat, just mute them. Do not engage them in an argument or insult them, because you'll only make things worse. If you have an issue with their gameplay, harassing them won't make that better either. If you feel their actions are worth a report, then report them, but using it as a threat or asking others to mass report them is harassment and is a punishable offense.

If you think your punishment was an error then you can contest it through a Support Ticket.

I noticed these items :

#1 : youre just a dumbass so Ima mute you and let you never learn and always feed (very supportive...sigh) #2 : I knew I shouldve just bought a level 30 account (no...BAD!) #3 : you were blaming ali / for simply picking ali in blind pick / like an asshole (defending your 'stance' and calling someone a sphincter...REALLY?)

Calling for reports is another thing too...

I'd like to think maybe you were just having a bad day.

But there were some gems of information that were helpful...too bad it didn't balance out for ya.
