skip the fucking chat restrictions. go straight to 2 week ban on first report then perm ban. so sick of of the trolls in this game that intentionally throw games because they are on a temper tantrum that would impress even a 4 year old. its ridiculous. AND GET A BETTER WAY TO DETECT ACTUAL INTENTIONAL FEEDING.
Trolling does skip chat restrictions I'm pretty sure. It goes straight to a 14 day ban. You may have a skewed perspective in the middle of a game though, as you (i hope) don't spend your time just watching other people play when youre playing. Or your definition of a troll may be off, like many others these days.

I dunno, I think the chat restrictions serve their purpose - especially given the fact that a player can jump punishment tiers if their behavior warrants it.
To me it makes sense that someone typing "Riven quit being a dumbass", or "GTFO my lane n00b" deserves a much more lenient punishment than "I hope your family gets (insert fatal disease)" or "I'm going to (insert crime) your (insert family member) to death."
