I played against 3 extremely toxic, I would guess under 10 year old, premades who spammed insults and ez and xD all game long non-stop. After lobby the continued to insult us , especially me because I was carrying our team, so I took screenshots of their flame. Do I send it to support or what?

Deep Terror Nami1 votesNo, you don't report players on the boards. It's called "Name & Shame" and is against the Universal Rules. Players should use the post-game reporting for this.

If it was in post game chat lobby, Riot can already see them. Just report them and mention that the toxicity happened in post game chat.
