vote to global mute

they should make a feature to where a team can initiate a vote to mute a player for both teams for the rest of the game. for example lets say a player was giving away strategic info to the enemy team. BOOM mute. it could also be used to prevent arguements among teamates a player could also /globalmute self which would not require a vote. and would give a notification to your team that you muted yourself and could not be reversed until the next game.

in order for a vote to pass. it would need a 3/1 majority. and it would be invisible to the person being muted unless it passed. in the case of a premade. the people not in the premade would all have to vote yes
